Stage 1B AVJennings Turnkey homes - Sold out.
Construction is progressing well on the final AVJennings Turnkey Homes in Stage 1B. All 20 homes—each featuring Pro9 external walls for enhanced thermal performance and energy efficiency—have now sold, with some residents already moved in. The remaining homes are on track to be completed by September 2025.

Stage 1D - Nearing completion.
Land in Stage 1D is sold out, and civil works are now nearing completion, with registration anticipated soon. This stage will soon welcome another wave of new residents to the community.
Stage 1E - Coming soon.
Stage 1E is set to be the next land release, arriving in the coming months. It will also introduce a new range of AVJennings Turnkey Terrace Homes, with construction expected to commence in 2026.
